Privacy Policy

In short

• We keep what you send us through our forms, so we can answer you.
• Our site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and our ads.
• If you write to Reindent on WhatsApp, we keep those messages on our server so we can answer you.
• We don’t sell your data.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time: here is how.

What reindent.com collects

• Forms. When you use our contact form or join our build list, we store what you enter (your email; on the contact form also your name, your company and what you want to automate), your language and the time. It is stored in our database on Amazon Web Services and sent by email to our team, and you get a confirmation email. We keep it until we delete it.
• Spam check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser loads Cloudflare’s check, and our server sends Cloudflare the check’s result and your IP address to verify it.
• Analytics and ads. Our pages load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel when they open. They record the pages you visit and a few actions, such as sending a form or clicking our main buttons, together with any campaign tags in the link you arrived from. Google and Meta set their own cookies and handle this under their own policies. We don’t send them your email or anything you write in our forms.
• Your browser. We remember your language choice, and for one visit the campaign tags of the link you arrived from.
• Videos. Videos in our articles load from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.
• Logs. Our hosting doesn’t keep access logs of your visits. Our server only logs errors, without what you sent.

WhatsApp

• When you write to Reindent’s WhatsApp number, Meta delivers your message to our server: your WhatsApp number, your profile name, what you sent and when. Meta also tells us whether our messages to you were sent, delivered and read.
• We store each of these notifications in a private file on our server, on Amazon Web Services in the United States, where only Reindent can read it. We keep them until we delete them. Our web server also logs each notification’s arrival (Meta’s address, the time and the size) for about two weeks.
• Your messages travel through Meta, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Our replies go through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Our server is reached through Cloudflare.

Who handles your data for us

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, database and email, in the United States.
• Cloudflare: the spam check on our forms, and the network in front of our WhatsApp server.
• Google: Google Analytics, and YouTube when you play an article video.
• Meta: the Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp.

Delete your data

Write to contact@reindent.com from the email address you gave us, or send “delete my data” to Reindent on WhatsApp from your number. We delete your form submissions and emails, and your WhatsApp messages on our server, and we confirm when it’s done.

Google and Meta hold their own analytics data. Use your Google and Meta privacy settings to manage it.
